Landora (Landlord Ledger) is rental bookkeeping software for self-managed landlords. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide tools to record properties, tenants, leases, payments, and expenses. We do not provide legal advice, property management services, or guaranteed rent collection. You are responsible for compliance with local landlord–tenant laws.

Accounts & data

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You own the data you enter. We process it to operate the service, including sending rent reminder emails you initiate.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel anytime from your PayPal account. Refunds are handled per PayPal policy. Free tier limits apply until you upgrade.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost rent, incorrect records, or decisions made from reports or reminders. Always verify financial figures before tax or legal filings.
