Landora (Landlord Ledger) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth if used).
• Portfolio data: properties, tenants, leases, payments, and expenses you enter.
• Tenant contact info you store (e.g. email for reminders).
• Usage and feedback you submit through the app.

How we use it

To run the service: dashboards, reports, exports, and rent reminder emails you send. We use Supabase for database and auth, Vercel for hosting, and PayPal for Pro billing. Email delivery may use Gmail SMTP configured by the service operator.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with processors needed to operate the product (hosting, database, payments) under their standard terms.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. You may delete records in the app; account deletion can be requested via Feedback. Backups follow our hosting provider's schedule.

Your choices

You can update tenant and property information anytime. Cancel Pro through PayPal. Contact us via in-app Feedback for access or deletion requests.
